Christmas is over...anyone need some toys?

Finally, Christmas is over. We still have a couple of friends with whom we need to get together, and there may be a "thing" or two that will find its' way into our home (if it can find any space). We need to get rid of old stuff (which mostly hasn't been played with and could easily be confused with "new stuff" except that it's for younger kids). And books... we either need a couple of new bookcases or a place to donate.
Adam is the proud owner of a Roboraptor; it is pretty amazing. Because of the way it responds, it seems real sometimes. I find myself talking to it the same way I talk to the cat.
As for me, I'm just proud to have gotten back into the blog screen for the THIRD time! It took several tries, and this time I've actually written down the google account info. Silly me, to think I could just remember it. I'm lucky to be in here writing. More later...
