...but I seem to have misplaced my brain. At least, the organizational part. Oh, and the part that helps me to remember how to do certain, routine tasks. Like, say, boil an egg. It's actually a pretty important skill during the school year, since I usually boil 6-8 at a time and peel and refrigerate them. Then, in the morning, I put a couple of them in a pan of hot water and let them warm back up; they taste fresh and give Bug Hunter the protein he needs to start his day. I am an expert egg-boiler, having boiled at LEAST 4569 eggs in my life (I counted, and I estimated, and I think I'm pretty close, give or take a thousand). But when I boiled some eggs earlier in the week so that we'd have breakfast the next morning? Something went terribly awry, and I need to fix it quickly, or it's gonna be a long, hard year.
Can I get a little help here?

Welcome to my world, Pam...my brain is off-kelter, too! Oh, the joys of AGING! :) Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
hmmmmmmmmmmmmm?
I especially hate it when it happens at work!!!
Enjoy your weekend sweetie, love you.
I'm sure it wasn't you. I think when eggs are brand new, they tend to not respond as well to hard-boiling. :)
Two possibilities: You over boiled them and/or they were very new eggs. Both have disastrous peeling results.
It's rough when our getting older shows up in our boiling eggs! Hang in there, this to will get better!!!!
Pam
