Gator bait?

This video is pretty .. ummm.. cool? The boy is five years old. Oh my. Makes me think that he's a blend of Itty Bit and Bug Hunter. Needless to say, Bug Hunter is both enthralled and extremely jealous. As for me, I'm just glad we don't have those things in our creek!

I read the article (lipreading doesn't work so great on videos) and was BLOWN AWAY this morning. Kinda like that gator.

I just could not believe that a 5-year-old had the presence of mind to shoot that thing before it ate him.

Love his dad's quote that anything on the ranch with either bite you or stick you. OUCH.

Just amazing. God's protection!

OH, I saw the video on that story.. wow!!! I'm with YOU, THANKFUL we don't have those around here. ☺

Now, I think I need to apologize for being such a rotten bloggy buddy! I know that I've hardly visited any of you (my online friends) this summer. HOPEFULLY fall will bring more free time for me. Hopefully? ☺

On another note.. I'm having a giveaway to celebrate Brent's life and the drawing will be October 28 (his birthday). I wanted to give you a heads-up in case you wanted to get your name in.

Have I mentioned that I've missed you??? I ♥ YOU! ☺

That's about the most incredible thing I've ever seen! He's a pint-sized Crocodile Dundee!

Good shot!

Bet Mr. Daddy did the same thing when he was 5 :)

Brian, I don't know if a musket-loader would have worked too well on a big gator like that... ;<}
