Another year is here, and I am so thankful to be here with those that I love! Bug Hunter is enjoying his time off from school and homework (and I am enjoying NOT getting up at 5:15, while I am missing my "free time" while Bug Hunter is in school!). We've had some great family time with HH's family and mine, and we've created some new family traditions in the form of an elf named Cheewee who visited us until Christmas Eve. Cheewee was sweet in SO many ways, as he listened to Bug Hunter read and brought us fun gifts. BUT.... when we forgot to feed him, he DID get a bit grumpy, and the next morning we found that he'd "toilet-papered" our great room! Oh, Bug Hunter was SO surprised that Cheewee could be so bad!!! It was truly a relief to him that one of Santa's elves was less than perfect, just like him! He loved Cheewee so much that by Christmas Eve, he was wishing that Cheewee would come to visit on Jan. 1 and leave on Christmas Eve, which would mean that we would only be without him for a week! We have promised Bug Hunter that Cheewee WILL visit him on his birthday.....
Wishing you all a New Year filled with so many blessings that your cup overflows....
Pam
