This is my 100th post. No balloons, no giveaways; I'm just thankful that I didn't give up on this blog and kept going until it became a habit. Somewhere along the way, God hijacked it, and it's become more about Him than about me. And I'm OK with that. This post, however, isn't going to be about finding the sacred in the everyday. It isn't going to be funny, or sarcastic, either. I just got an email from a friend with this YouTube video in it, and I feel compelled to share it with everyone that I can, in every way that I can. It's the best illustration I've seen of the madness we've allowed and the mess that we are in. While I'm proud of American heritage, I'm not so sure that I'm proud of Americans right now. We've become a nation of Esau's ..trading an incredible and enviable birthright for a mess of stinking stew that is ultimately going to gag us and make us weak. I'd say "Happy Valentines Day", but right now? I don't feel so happy.

Congratulations on the 100th post.
Happy V-day.
Congrats on your 100th post dear. Thanks for sharing the video, I agree with you.
Happy 100th to You, my Friend!
I agree, our country is a MESS! I listened to a talk-show yesterday and heard a lot of talk about some medical stuff that was "snuck into" this stimulus plan. I can't repeat it word for word but it was basically saying that health-care would be the same across the board. He gave an example of a 75 year old man that needed open-heart surgery. He said under this new bill (or whatever it was called) people above a certain age wouldn't get the medical care they need because they're too old. (How INSAINE is THAT???) Now, it'd be different of course if one could pay beforehand and was not dependant on medicare (and maybe insurance was mentioned?)... I think it's all signs of the end of time. Scary stuff.
Even so, COME SOON, LORD JESUS!!
Hey Pam...happy anniversary on the 100th. I have a ways to go to catch up with you on that one! Thanks for sharing the video.
