What do we do with all this time?

A whole week off from school; I feel rich! Deliciously wealthy in the "time in hand" department. And yet, I know that if I'm not careful, it will be Friday before I know it, and all we'll have to show for it is wasted time, spent doing nothing of any value. Hmmm.. any suggestions on how we can "spend" this wonderful gift? We will leave shortly to go see a matinee movie, so tonight is effectively spent. Thursday is, of course, accounted for, and I'll be in Nashville on Friday while the bug hunter hangs out with his dad. So, should we decorate for Christmas? Go to a museum? Call a friend and meet them at a jumpee place? Make Christmas presents for friends (food, homemade cards. etc)? I welcome any and all suggestions... as long as they're fun, nearby, relatively inexpensive, and guaranteed to provide us with something lasting. I'll be checking back for comments.... (and the card in the picture is one that Adam made a couple of days ago for a school buddy; simple, cute, and he had a blast decorating the tree!). Don't you just love it?

I think just as long as you spend some time together as a family...that's all that really matters. That's how you make memories that last...enjoy them while you can...kids grow up so fast!!!
